About LeeAnn Rose, Executive Director
As a dedicated advocate and parent of a person living with a disability, LeeAnn Rose brings a wealth of experience to her work. Throughout her career, she has worked in childcare, both elementary and high school, and long term care serving individuals of all ages and abilities.

LeeAnn is the founder of LeeAnn Rose Consulting, where she provides mentorship to empower people with disabilities, helping them navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential. Whether meeting with individuals or groups, she is committed to working in the best interest of the individuals and families she serves.
​
In 2024, LeeAnn established the PEERS Relational Skills Program Moose Jaw Inc., which focuses on teaching evidence-based social skills to those who struggle to make friends and build meaningful relationships. She offers training to parents, family members, friends, caregivers and professionals interested in learning the PEERS Program. LeeAnn creates social opportunities for adults in the Moose Jaw community, providing spaces to meet and offering activities that appeal to a variety of interests.

With her unique perspective as both a parent and a professional, LeeAnn is passionate about fostering inclusive environments and advocating for individuals with disabilities. When she’s not mentoring or leading workshops, she enjoys volunteering to help build a strong, caring community.

LeeAnn lives in Moose Jaw with her husband, Phil and son, Robert.
